Study: Green roofs blooming with stormwater efficiency

A new two-year study on green roofs in Seattle concludes that a green roof can reduce stormwater runoff by as much as 94%. Green roofs can also allow building owners to reduce the size of stormwater detention tanks required for peak rainfall, according to the study. Engineering News-Record
