GSA Says LEED Most Credible Green-Building-Rating System

The General Services Administration (GSA) issued a report that found the U.S. Green Building Council's (USGBC's) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) system to be the most credible among five green-building-rating systems evaluated.
